We prefer not to charge hourly for these cases, instead crafting contingency or monthly fee deals to align our incentives with those of our clients.

We also represent individuals who have been defrauded by powerful corporations. This includes victims of deceptive business practices, cyber security failures, unauthorized cryptocurrency transfers, electronic privacy violations, and other harmful business practices. These cases can be organized as individual disputes, class actions, mass actions, or public entity representations (on behalf of cities, counties, Native American tribes, etc.). We pursue nearly all of these cases at no cost to our clients, taking our fees “on contingency,” as a percentage of the total recovery (with no cost due if we lose).
